Ingredients
      
frying peppers 5to 6
besan flour 1 cup
half cup rice flour
salt to taste
baking soda a pinch
ajwain 3 teaspoons
oil to fry
                
Method
          
mirch bajji is typical indian snack which is very famous bothy in north and south india,south indian prepares mirch bajji in different methods , i would like to contribute simple south indian method of mirch bajji
slit the frying peppers little bit using a edge of knife, remove the seeds inside it using a pin , if you want little spicy , you can leave some seeds inside.
2. mix ajwain with salt and stuff this mix inside the peppers.
3. mix rice flour besan , salt and bak ing soda into a smooth batter , the batter should not be too thick or thin
4. dip the peppers in the batter and heat oil in frying pan and fry these peppers into golden brown colour.
these bajjis taste good when served with mint chutney orimili chutney
