Recipes   :   Non_Vegetarian Side Dishes   :   Tandoori Chicken


Ingredients
      
Chicken drumsticks - 4 pcs
Ginger Garlic paste - 2 tsp
red chilli powder - 2 tsp
pepper powder - 1tsp
yogurt - 1/2 cup
juice of one big lemon
salt to taste
oil - 3 tsp
red food colour 3 pinches
(tsp= teaspoon)
                
Method
          
Clean the chicken drumsticks and remove the fat and skin and marinate with the above spices and keep it in the fridge for about 2 hours. Take a aluminium foil and spread little butter or oil and then place the drumsticks on the foil. Preheat the oven for about 3 minutes at 350 F. Now place the drumsticks and pour little oil on all the pieces and bake it for about half and hour at the same temperature. In between just toss the pieces.

The dish can be served with biriyanis, pulaos and stamed rice.
